Many people say that poker betting is an imprescriptibly part of every poker game. And they are right, because without bets poker looses its significance. Texas Hold’em poker is the most widespread poker game and it has its own poker betting structure. On the example of this game everyone can understand some important principles of the poker betting.

So, the game begins with two players who post a big blind and a small blind. Then poker cards a dispenser gives to every player and the poker betting begins.
Usually poker betting starts the player, who sits to the left of the big blind. This can be explained in such a way, that the blinds are not antes, but they are bets and that’s why players can’t verify in the first betting round.

There are four poker betting rounds. Every round differs from each other with the quantity of the cards dealt. Each poker betting round in holder uses different number of cards. First round uses the blind bet, second – the flop, third – the turn and the last round use the river. All of these names characterize the betting structure of every round.
